The fan has three speeds. To start the fan press the start button one time on the top of neck fan for the first fan speed, press two times for the second fan speed, press three times for the highest fan speed. To power off press the button four times.

To turn the LED lights on press the button to the right of the ON/OFF button and press twice to turn off the LED light.

Place the neck fan from the back of the neck. People with long hair should pull their hair back to avoid getting it caught in the fan blades.

To charge the fan use the USB provided charging cable with any device with a USB output, such as a laptop or portable charger.

Do not use when charging — remove the charging cable to use.

Red light indicates the fan is charging.

Bend the fan head to change the wind direction as desired.
